At the request of interested parties, the Bahamas Marine Mammal Research Organisation will be hosting a 5 day Whale Expedition from July 25th - 30th, 2010.

Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside marine mammal biologists and learn firsthand about species identification, research methods and results, and conservation issues. Please see the Expedition Briefing for details.

There will be a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 participants. The cost will depend on the number of participants but will range between $110 - $160/day per person, which covers everything except travel to Sandy Point, dinner at local restaurant 1 night (approx $20) and any alcohol beverages.
